For someone like me who has no idea of real estate the book was an eye opener. It teaches valuable lessons in negotiation and pricing strategies for services employed for someone managing a project. It also gives glimpses of the man "Donald Trump" and his genius.

It is a good and easy read. I finished it in a day so that speaks for itself. But I liked reading the book. I give it a 4/5 (from a newbie to real estate POV)
