So I did read the book. I know a bad one when I see it. I should trust my instincts more often. The book was a drag and really boring. He makes mistakes regarding a few fundamentals. It sucks! Do not read it.

To clarify what Graham actually meant, I got a copy of the classic "Security Analysis" by Graham. Yippee!! I am on my way to becoming a value investor.
